- Funeral home name and address (delivery destination)

Payment information
All payments are processed by PayPal. Snapfuneral does not receive, store, or have access to your credit card, debit card, or bank account details. PayPal’s privacy policy governs the handling of your payment data.
Automatically collected information
When you visit snapfuneral.com, our hosting provider (Vercel) may automatically collect standard web server logs including your IP address, browser type, referring URL, and pages visited. This data is used solely for security and performance monitoring.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide to:
- Process and fulfill your order
- Communicate order status and delivery updates
- Coordinate delivery with our Supplier and the designated funeral home
- Respond to customer service inquiries
- Send an order confirmation email to the address you provide
- Comply with legal obligations
We do not use your information for marketing, advertising, or profiling without your explicit consent.
4. Sharing Your Information
We share your information only as necessary to fulfill your order:
- Our Supplier — Receives your funeral home name, address, and order details to process shipment. They do not receive your payment information.
- PayPal — Processes your payment. Subject to PayPal’s privacy policy at paypal.com/privacy.
- Resend / email provider — Used to send order confirmation emails. Subject to Resend’s privacy policy.
- Vercel — Hosts snapfuneral.com. Server logs may include your IP address.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for marketing or commercial purposes.
5. Data Retention
We retain data as follows:
- Order information: Retained for 7 years (required for accounting and legal compliance)
- Email records: Retained for 3 years for customer service and dispute resolution
- Payment information: Not retained by Snapfuneral (processed and retained by PayPal only)
You may request deletion of your personal data by contacting info@snapfuneral.com, subject to any legal retention requirements.
6. Cookies
Snapfuneral.com does not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics cookies. Your cart data is stored only in your browser’s memory during your session and is not persisted between visits. PayPal may set cookies when you interact with their payment buttons; this is governed by PayPal’s cookie policy.
7. Security
snapfuneral.com is served exclusively over HTTPS. We do not store sensitive payment information. Access to customer order data is restricted to authorized personnel only.
